2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one phkidlat account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phkidlat reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phkidlat account. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. phkidlat may require you to verify your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phkidlat and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
3.1 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phkidlat account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phkidlat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards issued by Philippine banks are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. phkidlat does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These restrictions are in place in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the phkidlat cashier page and may be updated from time to time. phkidlat reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). phkidlat aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. phkidlat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 Player Funds. Funds deposited into your phkidlat account are held for the purpose of gaming on the Platform. phkidlat does not pay interest on player balances. Player funds are held separately from phkidlat's operational funds.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by phkidlat are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

5.4 Modification of Promotions. phkidlat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phkidlat Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.3 Malfunctions. 9.2 Limited Licence. phkidlat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not use the phkidlat name, logo, or any other phkidlat branding in any manner without the prior written consent of phkidlat. Unauthorised use of phkidlat's intellectual property may result in legal action.
10.1 Platform Availability. phkidlat does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phkidlat reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.
10.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phkidlat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in games on the phkidlat Platform entirely at your own risk. phkidlat is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of gaming on the Platform.

13.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe that phkidlat has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
